Grown in the fertile highlands of southern Ethiopia, Sidamo coffee is celebrated for its vibrant acidity, floral fragrance, and complex fruity notes. Cultivated at elevations of 1,500–2,200 metres, these 100% Arabica beans benefit from ideal climate and soil conditions that define Ethiopia’s world-renowned coffee heritage.
Sidamo beans are typically washed (wet processed), resulting in a clean, crisp cup with notes of lemon zest, jasmine, and sweet stone fruits, balanced by a smooth body and elegant finish. Every sip is layered, aromatic, and refined — a showcase of Ethiopia’s legacy as coffee’s birthplace.
Best enjoyed through filter methods or light espresso for a bright, expressive brew.
