Grown in the cool highlands of North Sumatra, near Lake Toba, Lintong (or Ling Tong) coffee is one of Indonesia’s most celebrated regional varieties. Cultivated at elevations of 1,200–1,400 metres, this 100% Arabica coffee is known for its bold, earthy character and uniquely Indonesian processing method — wet-hulling (Giling Basah).
In the cup, Lintong delivers a full body, low acidity, and rich, complex notes of cedar, dark chocolate, spice, and a touch of dried herbs or tobacco. It’s deep, savoury, and slightly wild — perfect for those who enjoy strong, characterful coffees.
Ideal for espresso, French press, or moka pot, especially with milk or as a bold black brew.

Fine, full bodied coffee with a great after-taste in the mouth. Very easy to drink and this one will be put on the ‘buy again’ list.
