Ordering
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
Our Products
We specialise in freshly roasted coffee, premium loose leaf teas and selected coffee accessories.
Many of our coffees are roasted, ground or blended specifically for each order to ensure maximum freshness. As coffee and tea are natural agricultural products, slight variations in flavour, aroma, colour and appearance may occur between harvests and roasting batches.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided as a guide only. Packaging and product appearance may vary from those shown on the Website.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout.
Payment must be made in full before your order is processed using one of the secure payment methods available during checkout.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Fresh Roasting & Order Preparation
Unlike mass-produced coffee, many of our coffees are freshly roasted and prepared specifically for your order.
This means your order may require additional preparation time before dispatch. Any dispatch estimates shown on the Website are intended as guidance only and may vary depending on roasting schedules, seasonal demand and order volumes.
Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations where available during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details supplied at checkout.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the delivery address provided.
If you believe your parcel has been lost or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the delivery carrier.
Returns & Refunds
As many of our products are freshly roasted, made to order or classed as perishable food items, different return conditions apply.

In summary, unopened tea and coffee in their original sealed packaging may be exchanged in accordance with our Returns Policy. Opened food products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged during delivery or supplied incorrectly.
As taste is subjective, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based solely on personal flavour preference.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Subject to this, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods concerned.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including our branding, logos, product descriptions, photographs, graphics and website design, remains the property of Milestone eCommerce Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission.
