By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that:
you are at least 18 years old, and
you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Products
We sell specialty coffee and tea products via the Website.
Many of our coffees are freshly roasted and prepared to order. As natural agricultural products, coffee and tea may vary slightly in flavour, colour, and aroma between batches.
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders
Orders are placed through the checkout process on the Website.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
This confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the order. A contract between us is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
a product is unavailable
payment cannot be authorised
a pricing error occurs
fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Delivery charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout, which may include:
debit or credit cards
PayPal
other secure payment providers.
Payments are processed using secure third-party payment processors.
7. Roasting and Order Preparation
Many of our coffees are roasted, ground, blended, or packed specifically for each order to ensure maximum freshness.
Because of this, orders may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
Dispatch time estimates shown on the Website are approximate and may vary depending on roasting schedules, order volumes, or seasonal demand.
8. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom and other locations where delivery options are shown during checkout.
Delivery timeframes displayed on the Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We cannot be responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided.
Where delivery tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided, delivery will be considered fulfilled.
If you believe your order has been lost or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so that we can investigate with the delivery carrier.
We may require customers to cooperate with delivery investigations or provide supporting information before a replacement or refund can be issued.
9. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, which include freshly roasted coffee and premium tea, special conditions apply to returns.
Full details of our returns policy are available on our dedicated page:
Freshly Roasted Coffee & Tea Returns (Perishable Goods)
This policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and explains:
when returns are accepted
how to report damaged or incorrect items
reporting timeframes
refund procedures.
10. Perishable and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are:
perishable food items, and/or
prepared, roasted, ground, blended, or packed specifically for each order.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to:
perishable goods
goods made to the customer’s specification
sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
As a result, coffee and tea products cannot normally be returned once dispatched unless they are:
faulty
damaged in transit
incorrect.
Further information is available on our Freshly Roasted Coffee & Tea Returns (Perishable Goods) page.
11. Freshness and Taste Variability
Coffee and tea are natural agricultural products and may vary between harvests, roasting batches, and brewing methods.
Because many of our coffees are freshly roasted to order, variations in flavour, aroma, colour, and intensity may occur.
Taste preferences are subjective and can vary depending on brewing method and personal preference.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds based solely on taste preference.
This does not affect your statutory rights where products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within the timeframe stated on our Freshly Roasted Coffee & Tea Returns (Perishable Goods) page.
You may be asked to provide photographs of the packaging and product to help us investigate the issue.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the price paid for the goods purchased.
