A fresh and full bodied coffee from Cauca in the Sierra Nevada mountains. The cooperative is Cosurca.

They have their own export arm to assure stability of supply for ethical coffees. The coffee is washed in fresh water and prepared using traditional methods.

To emphasise its fine characteristics we have roasted this coffee to a full medium colour. Taste its smooth full bodied flavour.
