Honduras Coffee is a high-quality Arabica coffee grown in the mountainous regions of Honduras, such as Copán, Santa Bárbara, and Marcala, at elevations between 1,200–1,800 m. Known for its bright acidity, sweet aroma, and smooth body, Honduras coffee often features flavor notes of caramel, citrus, red fruits, and chocolate.
Typically washed and sun-dried, it produces a clean cup with a balanced profile—making it popular for both filter brews and espresso. Specialty lots can display complex floral or tropical fruit tones.

After drinking lots of Honduran coffee in Texas last year and bringing the beans home I eventually ran out and this is my first try at getting something very similar. The coffee is nice, I enjoy drinking it but I think I’ll have to try something different to replicate the same taste.

A little bitter compared with a Honduran single source coffee bought from Roost at Malton but nevertheless still a nice coffee and will buy again.
