Grown on the coop group of Prodecoop . There are 40 different coops in the group. Situated in the northern Nicaraguan mountains (Segovias). The coffee is grown under shade trees, sun-dried and hand sorted. The specific area is Cafe de Miraflor, produced by 49 small farmers in Esteli (1000-1200 metres). The coffee is harvested from December to March. The taste has citric notes with good body and acidity.
