Pulped natural, cherries are washed, pulped & dried in the sun until semi dry. Finished in mechanical driers. Spends 30 days in drums to homogenise the humidity. The residue pulp on the parchment gives a honey taste to the lighter roast coffee, flavour dominated by roasted peanut flavour. Noted for its excellent body and low acidity.
