Using the base of a Central American Blend roasted to an after dinner roast, to bring out its nutty full flavour, is mixed a portion of Kenya Peaberry coffee to give it extra acidity, and to enhance its character.
This is an excellent coffee for those who like a strong, but not too high a roast, regular coffee.
